• All items are handmade and shipped directly from our manufacturer in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.
• Returned packages shipped with an incorrect address provided by customer will be subjected to additional shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges
• We offer full refund less shipping & handling.
• Items that have been displayed, offered for sale, or marked in any way are not returnable.
• All claims must be within 7 days of receipt and please ship the items back to us within 14 days of delivery.
• Refund will be issued within 14 days after we have received the returned package.

All shipping methods come with full tracking capability all the way to the destination.
